TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
It is strongly recommended to arrive with a car to facilitate travel (we are 12 km from the lake / 7 km from the Prada-Funivia mountain / 2km from the town and main services).
The position in which the hotel is located is ideal for couples who appreciate nature, tranquility and a relaxing holiday between the lake and the mountains.
Our area is suitable for lovers of walking, trekking and cycling.
TERMS
CHECK IN from 14.00 to 20.00. For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to notify us by 7 pm on the day of arrival, in case of any delays. In case of missing notice, we reserve the right to apply a supplement for the service.
CHECK OUT from 8:30 to 10:30.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No debit will be made at the moment of booking confirmation. A valid credit card with expiry date is kindly requested to guarantee the reservation.
In case of cancellation within 7 days there will be no penalty. From the seventh day until the date of arrival, the management will charge 50% of the total amount.
In case of late arrival or early departure in relation to the reservation, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
CITY TAX: We inform you that San Zeno di Montagna's City Hall requires the tourist tax payment equal to € 2 per person per day. This fee must be paid (free children <14 years) in cash directly at the hotel.

Mini fridge
• All rooms are equipped with an empty mini fridge to store small drinks and/or medicines. The temperature goes from 9° to 13°. It works only during the day, it does not disturb night rest while maintaining a constant temperature.

• It costs € 30,00 per person (choice of: 1 first course, 1 second course and 1 dessert), drinks excluded.
